Raise Your Standard.

Build Strength. Build Confidence. Build What's Next.

Performance coaching, group training and young athlete development—built around intelligent training, real coaching and long-term performance.

BUILT FOR MORE THAN FITNESS.

You don't need fitness to become your entire life.

You need it to make your life better.

More energy when you wake up. More confidence in how you carry yourself. A stronger, more capable body. A clear head. And the discipline to keep showing up when life gets busy.

That's what we're building at S6 Train.

This isn't about chasing exhaustion, obsessing over calories or trying to become someone you're not.

It's about intelligent training. Better habits. Real coaching. And creating a standard you can actually maintain.

Whether you're rebuilding your fitness, ready for personalised coaching, looking for a great place to train, or developing the next generation of athlete—there's a place to start.

FOUR WAYS TO TRAIN.

ONE STANDARD.

01 — THE 14-DAY RESET

Can You Keep Your Word for 14 Days?

Forget the before-and-after photo.

The first transformation we're interested in is whether you can actually show up consistently.

For 14 days, you'll experience the S6 training methodology through manageable 20–40 minute workouts, simple nutrition and lifestyle targets, and a different approach to fitness.

You'll learn that you don't have to smash yourself every day to make progress.

You'll learn when to work, when to recover and why consistency beats occasional bursts of motivation every time.

Fourteen days won't turn you into an athlete overnight.

That's not the promise.

The promise is that you'll finish with something far more valuable:

Momentum.

And perhaps the belief that you're ready to see what another 12 weeks could produce.

02 — PERFORMANCE COACHING

Performance Isn't an Accident.

Great bodies aren't built by motivation.

They're built through discipline, intelligent training and relentless consistency.

Performance Coaching takes everything behind the S6 philosophy and makes it personal to you.

Your training.

Your nutrition.

Your recovery.

Your goals.

Your lifestyle.

Your accountability.

Most coaching focuses on getting you through the next workout.

I coach the person doing the workout.

Because the objective isn't to make you incredibly motivated for 12 weeks.

It's to build the structure, habits and standards that allow you to stay strong, fit and capable for years.

You don't need to complete the 14-Day Reset first.

If you already know you're ready for personalised coaching, let's get to work.

03 — TRAIN AT STUDIO 6

Your Gym Should Be Somewhere You Want to Train.

No massive crowds.

No disappearing into a room full of machines.

No wondering what you're supposed to be doing.

Studio 6 is a private training space in Stepney built around coaching, community and quality training.

Our group program combines strength and conditioning across the week:

Monday — Hybrid Strength
5:50am · 7:30am · 5:30pm

Tuesday — Engine Room
5:50am · 5:45pm

Wednesday — Hybrid Strength
5:50am · 7:30am · 5:30pm

Friday — Engine Room
5:50am · 7:30am

Saturday — Hybrid Strength
7:00am · 8:10am

Sunday — Mums & Bubs
8:30am–10:00am

Hybrid Strength and Engine Room sessions run for 50 minutes.

You don't need to be fit before you arrive.

That's the point of training.

Come as you are. We'll coach you from there.

04 — FUTURE ATHLETE PROGRAM

Build the Athlete. Not Just the Muscle.

Young athletes are growing, changing and learning how to use their bodies.

Their training should respect that.

The Future Athlete Program isn't about seeing how much weight a teenager can lift or exhausting them for the sake of a hard session.

We're developing the physical foundations that support sport and movement for years to come.

Movement quality. Strength. Coordination. Speed. Landing and deceleration. Athletic confidence.

As young athletes move through growth spurts, school demands, sport and changing bodies, their training needs to evolve with them.

We want them stronger.

We want them more athletic.

But most importantly, we want them learning how to train well.

Because we're not simply preparing them for their next game.

We're building the athlete they're becoming.
